If you're not happy with your mandala, you can return it unused within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Your rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

How to return

• Contact us with your order number.
• Pack the mandala securely, ideally on its original card.
• Send it to the address we give you. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days and we'll replace or refund it, including return postage.
